Resolution detail

It is recommended that portions of erven 525, 526, 1162, 1165, 1169 and 1167 Gordon’s Bay situated at corner of Faure Marine Drive and Breakwater Lane, Gordon’s Bay, in extent approximately 3 442 m² and as indicated as ABCD on the Plan 130009768 attached as Annexure “A”, be reserved for the Distribution Services Department, subject to the following conditions:
 
a) The subject property shall be utilised for the purpose of a pump station only;
 
b) The Distribution Services Department takes responsibility for the required land use processes, as well as compliance with any related legislation;
 
c) The said Department accepts full responsibility for the management and maintenance of the land and any structure to be erected thereon, including maintenance, utility consumption, security and content insurance, as is applicable;
 
d) That all costs related to the above be provided for by the Distribution Services Department.
