Subcouncil 20 noted that in the considering the Subdelegation rule part 24.4(1), the Subcouncil manager in conjunction with the Chairperson and the Ward Councillor, recommended that the application for a liquor license received from Nauticat Charters (Pty)Ltd, The Vessel Jester, Harbour Road, Hout Bay for the sale of liquor for consumption OFF Premises ref No. LLA22110001 BE SUPPORTED.
