Cllr T Mjuza stated that at previous meeting there was a request for Social Development to come back to the Subcouncil to present on ECD sector, how the ECD’s can become registered. He also mentioned that a workshop to be arranged with All Line Departments that deal with Application for Zoning, lease of land, how to apply for funding, etc.
