It be NOTED that an application for a liquor licence received from NOAH was considered in terms of sub-delegated authority and that the following
recommendation was forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended:
SubCouncil 16 recommends that the application for a Consumption ON Premises Liquor Licence, reference no. LLA21080016, for the business Noah NOT BE SUPPORTED.
Subcoucil cannot support the application:
1. Too many objections received.
2. The business is in a residential area and the impact that it will have thereon.
3. The business is in very close proximity to a childrens park.
4. The premises is closed and Fire Department is unable to access and do their inspection.
