Resolution detail

RESOLVED to RECOMMEND that the lease of City Land, a public passage, Erf 11142 Cape Town, situated between Frere Street and Church Street, Woodstock, shown hatched and lettered ABCD on the sketch 130008605 marked annexure A attached to the report, in extent approximately ±58m² to Alex Edward Roberts or his successors in title, BE APPROVED subject to inter alia the following conditions:
 

1. A tariff rental of R651.00 per annum including VAT calculated at the rate applicable at the time of transaction be payable.  Rates not applicable;

2. The lease will endure for a period of 10 (ten) years;

3. The rental will be adjusted annually in terms of the rental tariff structure as approved by Council;

4. The property be used for security purposes only;

5. Subject to such further conditions to be imposed by the Director: Property Management in terms of his/her delegated authority;

6. Subject to compliance with any other statutory requirements;
