It is recommended that:
It be NOTED that an application for a Section 48(4) received, was considered in terms of sub delegated authority and that the following recommendation was forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended:
Subcouncil 8 recommends that the application for Special Event Liquor Licence in respect of: - Sungazer March 2022 reference number: E22020024, is in SUPPORTED of the application, subject to compliance of COVID-19 regulations.
