It is recommended that:
 
It be NOTED that an application for a Section 48(4) received, was considered in terms of sub delegated authority and that the following recommendation was forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended:
 
Subcouncil 8 recommends that the Ward 83 application for Special Event Liquor Licence in respect of: - Gloria Botha – 22 April 2022 reference number: E22020018 is in SUPPORT of the application, subject to compliance of COVID-19 regulations.
