RESOLVED that an application for a liquor licence received from ASALY MARINE was considered and that the recommendation to be forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended:
Subcouncil 16 recommends that the application for a Consumption OFF Premises Liquor Licence, reference no. LLA22020002, for the business Asaly Marine be DEFERRED for the folwing reasons:

That the appliaction be sent to the correct ward, from ward 115 to ward 55.

That Councillor AH-Sing requests clarity regarding the zoning.
