PROGRESSIVE CAPITAL EXPENDITURE: AUGUST 2018
It is recommended that the attached progressive capital expenditure report as at the end of August 2018 be submitted to Subcouncil for INFORMATION and NOTING.

Area Base Service Delivery- Subcouncil 13
Mr Bobo stated that there is rollover allocated funds 2017/18 submitted to Subcouncil 13 for supports and recommendation, the inclusion of the project is to Purchase chairs, tables and audio visual for Vuyiseka Community Hall in the amount of R118, 447 in the 2018/19 Draft Budget.
Subcouncil 13 members agreed as per recommendations.
Water and Sanitation (Informal Settlement)
Cllr Bazier requested that Mr Roger to submit a detailed report,
Comments
Cllr Nqamanduku raised concerns regarding the 100% actual spent from Safety and Security, the Cllr stated that it is impossible to install cameras while there is no electricity within the area,
Mr Bobo replied by saying that the cameras have not been installed, and the department stated that they will liaise with the Electricity department, before installing the cameras,
RESOLVED
That Additional Ward Allocations: 2017/18 Subcouncil 13 Report BE SUPPORTED and RECOMMENDED to Council the inclusion of the project Purchase of chairs, tables and audio visuals for Vuyiseka Community Hall in the amount of R118,447 in the 2018/19 Draft Budget.
That Water and sanitation informal Settlement to SUBMIT a detailed report in the next Subcouncil Meeting,
Action: Ms Kupiso to write a report for the allocated funds and Also Mr Roger to submit a detailed report.
