Cllr Nkomiyahlaba raised concerns regarding the report questioning why the Subcouncil should comment the report that does not include the Subcouncil areas, and also the people cannot afford to purchase those houses as they are expensive.
Cllr Ngamnduku stated that there is no land in our area, unless the report state that the people were going to the area, instead this report request an in put of the Subcouncil 13, how are we going to add an input if our Subcouncil is not included?
Mr Bobo stated that the Cllrs can use the report to add their comments.
Cllr Bazier stated that it is a good thing that the City of Cape Town is building houses, they City should also consider our facilities as well.
