Feedback Received from J Mitchell I was not at Sub council so Im not sure what the context was of this info shared by the councillor, however, we installed over 100m of plastered vibacrete to Bloekombos over 12 months ago, the installation was necessary as the existing previous unplastered vibacrete was stolen. The vibacrete we installed is still standing, we can therefore conclude that the material serves the purpose. We are currently installing more fencing, initially we were going to do the vibacrete as explained above to cover the complete facility. The councillor however raised objection as he wanted hollowcrete fencing, we agreed to this request. It will however possibly mean that we cannot do the entire complex due to higher cost.
