UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED to RECOMMEND to the Director: Property Management that the residential property located on Erf 16077 situated at 28 Shelley Street, Salt River in extent of approximately 92 m² be leased to Ms Jade Lee Geland, subject to inter alia the following conditions: a)A phased in market rental of R3 500 per month for 1st year, R5 000 per month for 2nd year and R6 758.08 per month for 3rd year (per month) including rates and excluding VAT payable; b)The rental will escalate as per the amounts above per annum, effective from 01 November 2017; c)The rental is exclusive of all municipal services i.e. water and electricity; d)The lease will endure for a period of three years; e)The property be used for Residential purposes only; f)Subject to compliance with any other statutory requirements; g)No compensation will be payable for any improvement made to the property.
