RESOLVED a) Subcouncil 6 noted the contents of the Groenvallei Spatial Assessment and Recommendation (Land availability study) and Provision of Traffic Engineering Services for A Parking Audit of Groenvallei, Bellville (Parking Audit Report) submitted with the report. b) That Subcouncil 6 instructs the relevant Directorates: Assets and Facilities Management, Social Services and Transport and Urban Development Authority to investigate the implementation of the recommendations set out in the report. c) That the presentation on the Investigation of The City Owned Land and Parking Related Problems in the Suburb of Groenvallei, Bellville BE NOTED.
