RESOLVED
That it BE NOTED that an application for a Section 48(4) event liquor licence received from Andrew Boyce, Erf ST221-6, Lyncroft Estate, Bottelary Road, Kuilsriver was considered in terms of sub-delegated authority and the following recommendation was forwarded to the Western Cape Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended:
Subcouncil 2 recommends that the application received from Andrew William Boyce for the Magnified Experiences, Reference No. E170935 BE
SUPPORTED subject thereto that the conditions of the Fire-, Town Planning- and Health Departments as set out in the report, be complied with.
The Environmental Health Department reserves the right to call for any additional requirements should it be deemed necessary.
