RESOLVED
That it be NOTED that an application for a liquor licence received from Tops at Protea Heights for a consumption off premises liquor licence on erf 11568, Protea Village Shopping Centre Shop 4, 5 & 6, cnr Kruin & Suikerbos Streets, Brackenfell, was considered under sub delegated authority and that the following recommendation was forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended
That the application for a consumption off premises liquor licence received from Tops at Protea Heights, erf 11568, Protea Village Shopping Centre Shop 4, 5 & 6, cnr Kruin & Suikerbos Streets, Brackenfell, LLA1708031, BE SUPPORTED subject thereto that the condition of the City Emergency Services that fire protection plans be submitted to the Municipality be compiled with.
