That it BE NOTED that an application for a Section 48(4) event liquor licence received from Andrei Christo Beukes was considered in terms of sub-delegated authority and the following recommendation was forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended:
Subcouncil 2 recommends that the application received from Andre Christo Beukes for consumption on premises, for the event, Steve Hofmeyer
Show, 13 October 2017, Reference No. E170905 BE SUPPORTED, subject thereto that following conditions be met:
- That the conditions as set out be the Health Department be adhered to,
- That the conditions of the City Emergency Services be compiled with.
