a)That the decision taken by Subcouncil meeting on item 10SUB20/09/17 to commence with a process to assess, identify and regularize the liquor outlets as part of the Western Cape Alcohol Harms Reduction Game Changer BE NOTED b) That Subcouncil 10 supports the Game Changer pilot project to assist illegal liquor traders in the area of Town Two to get liquor licenses. c) That Subcouncil 10 supports the ideas to improve legal liquor environment and responsible trading infrastructural and enhancement to outlets Councillor Ngubelanga MOVER and Councillor Simbeku SECONDER
