That the motion received from Councillor MF Cassim that sub council 10 recognizes that the +-4000 informal traders in Khayelitsha are enterprising and self-sufficient people who create their own livelihoods in very trying and difficult conditions having to battle inclement weather, harassment from law enforcement officers and serial neglect from authorities BE DEFERRED back
That a meeting BE ARRANGED with UKITA for further discussion with regards to informal traders, trading conditions in Khayelitsha
