RESOLVED, that Proposed disposal of erf 3523 Khayelitsha: United Methodist Church of Southern Africa BE SUPPORTED a)It be confirmed that, in terms of section 14 of Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, Act 56 of 2003, the property, erf 3523 Khayelitsha shown lettered ABCDEFG on the attached plan ET195, marked annexure A, not be required to provide the minimum level of basic municipal services. b)In terms of regulation 5(1) (b)(ii) of Municipal Assets Transfer Regulations, Council approve in principle that the disposal of the subject property be granted.
