RECOMMENDATION:
That the principles and procedures relating to the 2018/19 Subcouncil Ward Allocation process, as outlined in the report , BE ADOPTED on the understanding that the financial provision for Subcouncil Ward Allocations will in each instance be allocated to the Subcouncil as a whole, such amount to be calculated on the basis of the number of wards within each Subcouncil.
