RESOLVED a) That the contents of the report ‘Progress on Development Charges in Kraaifontein Dristrict’ as received from the TDA – Asset Management and Maintenance Directorate BE NOTED. b) That the report in (1) above BE REFERRED to the Activity Day Session scheduled for 18 September 2017. c) That the Utilities Service Directorate – Asset Management and Maintenance BE REQUESTED to attend the Activity Day Session scheduled for 18 September 2017 and to do a submission of income and expenditure from the Development Revenue in the Brackenfell/Kraaifontein area since 2000.
