Resolution detail

RESOLVED (a) That the Subcouncil Manager in consultation with the Ward Councillor of Ward 21 identify projects amounting to R150 000 at the Subcouncil Activity Day meeting scheduled for Wednesday, 21 June 2017 and such proposals be recommended for inclusion in January 2018 Adjustment Budget after following the prescribed administrative processes. (b) That the projects identified by ward councillors amounting to R 600 000 additional ward allocation funding for 2017/18 BE APPROVED as set out in the preamble to this resolution and the administrative processes followed for the recommendation of these projects to Council for inclusion in the January 2018 Adjustment Budget.
