It was RESOLVED that: 1.the application for rezoning and permanent departures in terms of the Land Use Planning Ordinance No, 15 of 1985 in respect of erf 3145, Pinelands, 14a Meerlust be DEFERRED in order to avail the local ratepayers association an opportunity for an interview at the next Subcouncil meeting. 2.The Subcouncil Manager arranges an on-site meeting and includes Mr September to the site meeting. 3.Mr September informs the Subcouncil Manager of the name and contact details for the said local ratepayers association in order to invite them to the next Subcouncil Meeting.
