It was RESOLVED that, 1.the Report Progressive Capital Expenditure: April 2017 report be NOTED, 2.The relevant Project Manager(s) be informed to edit the report to reflect the correct Ward for the Langa Hostel Projects. 3.The Subcouncil Manager liaises with the Solid Waste Department regarding the area cleaning in an attempt to ensure that funds are optimally utilised. 4.The Subcouncil Manager arranges a site visit with all role-players regarding project CPX.0006907-F1 Park Upgrade Amstel Road Park, Maitland. 5.The Subcouncil Manager obtain a progress report on the Conradie development ACTION: M GRIESSEL / K FOURIE / R ROSSOUW / cc R ABRAHAMS
