It was RESOLVED that:
(a)the schedule of service requests for Subcouncil 15 be NOTED.
(b)Ward Councillors intervene in cases where service requests are long outstanding.
FURTHER RESOLVED that the Subcouncil Manager in future submit a similar schedule including:
1.how many service requests are outstanding for 30 days and longer;
2.how many service requests were completed and closed.
