An interview was granted for both the applicant and objector and
both advised via email that they no longer require an interview.

Mr Pierre Evard briefed the meeting as to the report.
After discussion, Subcouncil 16 supported the recommendations
as contained in the report.
UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that for the reasons as contained in
the report:
a) the rezoning of Erven 31589 & 31590 Cape Town at Rosebank, from Single Residential Zone 1 to General Subzone GR2, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 16 of
the Land Use Planning Ordinance No 15 of 1985, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A attached to the report.
b) the application for a departure, as set out in Annexure A attached to the report, for Erf 31590 Cape Town at Rosebank, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 15 of the land Use Planning Ordinance No15 of 1985.
