UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that for the reasons as contained in the report, the application for departures, as set out in Annexure A attached to the report, for Erf 1912 Hout Bay, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 15 of the Land Use Planning
Ordinance No.15 of 1985.
