RESOLVED TO RECOMMEND
1. Subcouncil 20 supports the nominations of Cllr Penelope East and Cllr Kevin Southgate as the alternate, to attend the Zwaanswyk Association of Property Owners Management Body Meetings as observers.
2. Subcouncil 20 notes that the names of the political representatives (Cllr Penelope East and Cllr Kevin Southgate (alternate)) be submitted to the Chief Whip to effect appointment by the Executive Mayor, via Compliance and CID.
