Resolution detail
That the Subcouncil:
a)SUPPORT the application for extension of liquor trading hours from 02:00 to 04:00, Monday to Sunday for On Consumption: GrandWest Casino & Entertainment World, Liquor Licence: WCP030120, Jakes Gerwel Drive, Goodwood.
b)Should complaints be received concerning noise and/or unruly behaviour of patrons, these will be investigated and may result in the extended trading hours being withdrawn.
c)Any complaints received concerning noise and unruly behaviour of patrons will also be referred to the Western Cape Liquor Authority and may jeopardise the renewal of the liquor license.
