Mr Gregory September briefed the meeting as to the report. An interview was granted for the applicant, Mr Richard Abrahamse and the objectors, Messrs Andre Venter, Chris Willemse and Ms Juna Phillips. The interview was declined by both the applicant and objectors. After discussion, Subouncil 16 supported the recommendation as reflected. UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that the application for the subdivision of Erf 3179 Camps Bay, 6 Petrel Close, into 2 (2) portions BE APPROVED in terms of Section 24 of the Land Use Planning Ordinance No 15 of 1985, subject to conditions as per Annexure A, attached to the report and imposed in terms of Section 42 of the Land Use Planning Ordinance No15 of 1985.
