UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that the request for traffic calming
measures in Scott Street, Gardens BE REFUSED for the following reason:
a) The Transport Department indicated only traffic calming measures near schools will be considered for the next few years and their budget does not make provision for traffic calming at other locations.
