UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that it BE NOTED that an application for liquor licence received from Gravity One Climbing and fitness was considered in terms of subdelegated authority and that the following recommendation was forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended:
Subcouncil 16 recommends that the application for a Consumption ON Premises Liquor licence, reference no. LLA1612015, for the business Gravity one Climbing and Fitness BE NOT SUPPORTED, for the following reasons:
The premises concerned are not correctly zoned.
Zoning: General Industrial Zone 2. The sale of alcoholic beverages only permitted as a consent use, thus a land use application must be submitted.
