UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that it BE NOTED that an application for liquor licence received from The Piazza on Church Square was considered in terms of subdelegated authority and that the following recommendation was forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act,2008, as amended:
Subcouncil 16 recommends that the application for a Consumption ON Premises Liquor licence, reference no. LLA161008, for the business, The Piazza on Church Square BE CONDITIONALLY SUPPORTED,
Subject to:
a) Completion of construction of the premises
b) An inspection by the Health Department confirming that all the City of Cape Town requirements have been met
c) The applicant obtaining an Occupation Certificate and an appropriate business license from the City of Cape Town.
