It was RESOLVED that the report be DEFERRED based on the following reasons:
1) the motion: future use of city-owned halls in Thornton, adopted at the Subcouncil meeting on 18 May 2016 vide 15SUB10/05/2016, be addressed before a Subcouncil decision can be made on the application for proposed lease of the City land being a portion of Erf 678 Thornton, Sipres Avenue, Thornton: His Grace Christian fellowship.
