The amendment of rezoning condition no (iv) as per the conditions of approval dated 23 March 2009 to permit a deviation to the building plan, by allowing an unauthorized kitchen extension over the on-site loading bay of erf 227, Melkbosstrand, BE APPROVED in terms of section 42(3) of the Land Use Planning Ordinance (1985) subject to the condition(s) contained in annexure A.
