It was RESOLVED that:
1. the application be SUPPORTED as per the reasons for decision; recommendations and conditions imposed in terms of section 42 of Land Use Planning Ordinance No 15 of 1985 as stipulated in the report on pages 32, 33 and 35 respectively.
2. the conditions imposed in terms of section 42 of Land Use Planning Ordinance No 15 of 1985, include an additional condition stating “that the wall do not exceed the current height of 1.8 metres”.
