Mr Andre Golding represented the Property Department. UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED to RECOMMEND that the lease of portions of public place, being portions of Erven 2024 and 1861, Hout Bay situated at Fisherman’s Bend, Llandudno shown hatched and lettered AB edge of rock CDEFG on the sketch WT25110 “a” marked annexure A attached to the report, in extent approximately 825 m², to Ruth Weldon, owner of Erf 5692 or her successors in title, BE APPROVED, subject to inter alia the conditions as contained in the report.
