UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED to RECOMMEND that the lease of a portion of public street, being a portion of Erf 1861, Llandudno situated at Steens Way shown lettered ABCDEFG on the sketch 20001424 marked annexure A attached to the report, in extent approximately 84 m², to Stonepine Property CC owners of 1925, Hout Bay or its successors in title, BE APPROVED subject to inter alia the conditions as contained in the report.
