RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R10 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 12921 Constantia regarding the unauthorised building work as shown on the plans drawn by Dennis Van Schalkwyk, with drawing numbers 101 & 102, both revision 2, both dated July 2024.
