An administrative penalty in the amount of R15 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 98392 Cape Town at Rondebosch regarding the unauthorised building work as shown on the plans drawn by Van Heerden Architecture with drawing numbers 2022-1412-C-01 & 2022-1412-C-02, both revision 8, both dated 2024-09-18.
