An administrative penalty in the amount of R500 for the unauthorised building work in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 on erf 2126, Mitchells Plain BE APPROVED in terms of section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
