UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R0 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of erf 2847, Caernarvon Crescent, Parklands, for the unlawful structures and land use, and such penalty be approved in terms of Section 98(b) of the said By-Law.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reason set out in the Planner’s Report.
