UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The subdivision of erf 4982, Parklands into two BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(iii) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. City approval to permit development within the Koeberg Restriction Area Overlay Zoning on erf 4982, Parklands, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
Amend Annexure A:
Delete condition 2.11
Rename condition 2.15 to be a ‘Note’
Add condition to Annexure A:
That the street boundary wall remains as currently designed and constructed
Add condition to Annexure A:
That the proposed dwellings be designed in such a uniform manner that it is visually perceived as a single dwelling, to the satisfaction of the authorised Official.
