The application for amendment of restrictions and land use conditions, as set out in Annexure A, on Erf 3159 Camps Bay, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law 2015, in accordance with the plan indicated in Annexure C.
