The application for the Rezoning of Erf 24886, Cape Town as set out in Annexure A, BE REFUSED in terms of Section 98(c) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT REFUSED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to add the following 2 reasons:
The applicant failed to address the concerns raised through amendments when given a chance to do so
The applicant did not demonstrate that suitable alternative locations have been appropriately and exhaustively investigated
