An administrative penalty in the amount of R0 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 for the unlawful lapa in respect of Erf 5691, 19 Karee Street, Somerset West in accordance with plan no. CD 100.
