Resolution details

UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application in terms of Section 42(j) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 for the amendment of conditions in respect of an existing approval [imposed by the Administrator, when approving the township in which the property is located] on erf 1337, 75 Drommedaris Road, Mountainside, Gordon’s Bay to allow for the erection of more than one dwelling unit (two dwelling units) and a coverage of more than one fifth of the size of the property BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.

b. The application in terms of Section 42(g) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 for the deletion of restrictive conditions of title [conditions D 1. (b) and (c)], as contained in Deed of Transfer no.T63913/2009] to allow for the erection of two dwelling units and covering more than one fifth of the size of the property on erf 1337, 75 Drommedaris Road, Mountainside, Gordon’s Bay BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015
