The application for the Permanent Departure for the relaxation of the street building line from 4.0m to 0m, BE REFUSED in terms of Section 98(c) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT REFUSED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to amend reason 1 as follows:
The proposal is not aligned with the Architectural Design Guidelines of the Estate and is not supported by the Home Owners’ Association
