An administrative penalty in the amounts of R 2 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, in respect of erf 29838, 58 Sinqolamthi Street, Ilitha Park, Khayelitsha.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to add the following new reason:
6.4 The gravity of the application is deemed to be serious because of health and safety risks to the children
