Resolution details

RESOLVED that:
a. The subdivision of the erf 3168, Parklands into two portions measuring 273m² and 273m2, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(iii) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, in accordance with subdivision plan Proposed Subdivision of Erf 3168 Plan; drawn by JM Land Surveyors, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.

b. City approval to permit development within the Koeberg Restriction Area Overlay Zoning on erf 3168, Parklands, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.

REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report

Amend Annexure A:
Add condition: That only one dwelling unit be permitted on each one of the subdivided portions

Amend 1.1:
Subdivision into two portions measuring 273m² and 273m2, in accordance with subdivision plan Proposed Subdivision of Erf 3168 Plan; drawn by JM Land Surveyors, provided that the servitude indicated on the plan is increased to 2m wide, as per condition 2.4 below
